Use the Jobs page to filter by technical role, location, and type. Open a listing to review the required models, framework stack, and programming languages. Click Apply to submit your resume, GitHub profile, or Deligon profile. For best results, use our Resume Advisor to highlight specific machine learning and data engineering capabilities relevant to the job.

Can I save jobs or set alerts for new roles?

Yes. On any job card or detail page, click Save. Saved roles are available under Applicant → Jobs → Saved. You can also create specialized Job Alerts so new machine learning, data science, or data engineering roles matching your preferred tech stack are automatically emailed to you.

Is Deligon free for candidates?

Yes. Browsing, saving, and applying to AI and data science roles are completely free for job seekers. Optional premium features such as advanced portfolio templates and enhanced visibility to engineering recruiters may be offered, but they are not required to search or apply.

How do I optimize my profile for technical recruiters?

Complete all profile sections including programming languages, frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, Spark), databases (SQL, Snowflake), and links to your GitHub or Hugging Face portfolios. A complete profile with verified technical competencies is 3x more likely to be shortlisted by tech firms.

What is the Resume Advisor feature?

Resume Advisor is an AI-powered tool that analyzes your resume against technical job descriptions to suggest improvements. It checks for relevant keywords (such as neural networks, ETL pipelines, LLMs, statistics), syntax formatting, and overall alignment with the recruiter's tech stack.

How do companies post AI & data jobs?

Recruiters can post roles from the Companies dashboard. Go to Companies → Post Job to define the role, required technical stacks, libraries, and custom screening questions. After posting, applicants appear in your recruiter pipeline where you can filter, shortlist, and invite candidates for technical interviews.

Can I manage technical candidate pipelines?

Yes. The recruiter dashboard provides a consolidated view of applicants, stages (Applied, Technical Validation, System Design Interview, Offer), and messaging. You can bulk move candidates, leave feedback on coding challenges, and invite engineering teammates to collaborate.

How can I attract elite machine learning and data talent?

Use our Employer Branding tools to showcase your engineering culture, active research publications, and computational resources. Be transparent about technical stacks, datasets, and salary ranges. Featured job posts receive 2.5x more applications and are highlighted in our weekly candidate newsletters.

What billing methods are supported?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and secure regional gateways. Invoices can be downloaded from Billing → Transactions at any time. Enterprise clients can request custom invoice-based billing for team access packages.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my recruitment plan?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your hiring subscription at any time from the Billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, while downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle with no long-term contracts.

How does Deligon support GDPR/CCPA data privacy?

We prioritize technical data protection and follow data minimization principles. You can request a copy of your uploaded resumes, profile data, or complete deletion at any time via the settings panel or the Contact page. We undergo regular external security audits to maintain compliance.

How is our data protected?

We use enterprise-grade encryption both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) for all resumes and proprietary job descriptions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all recruiter and applicant accounts to prevent unauthorized access.

How do I delete my account?

Navigate to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Account deletion is irreversible and removes your profiles, code repository integrations, resume files, and applications. Some transactional invoices are retained as required by tax regulations.

Can I export my profile data or resume history?

Yes. Go to Account Settings → Privacy → Export Data to download a JSON archive of your profile details, application history, and portfolios. You can also export your resume versions as PDFs for offline use.

How do I contact support?

Open the Contact page to send a message to our engineering and support teams. Most technical and billing queries are answered within 24 hours. Urgent account issues can be prioritized by selecting the appropriate category in the contact form.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes, the Deligon mobile app is available for iOS and Android on the App Store and Google Play Store. It features job searches by tech stack, push notifications for interview requests, profile editing, and resume tracking on the go.
